[newbie] Mouse Wheel

 Is it possible to setup the mouse wheel to work in KDE (KDE 1.1.2) ?  I would
like to be able to scroll with the wheel is web pages, etc.  The version of
XFree86 I'm running is 3.3.5 and Mandrake 6.1.
