[newbie] problems with as86 commands

 i don't have it installed what are the rpms needed to install them?
 
i started the kedevelop program with it came up with this
a message
  saying that the gcc command was not found can anyone tell me
 what is
   needed to fix this problem
   kernel 2.2.13.4mdk
