[newbie] New Monitor New Problem

Hi:

I've got a new problem right now with my spanking Christmas Gift. [well,
really late anyway]. Its a KDS VS-195 monitor which the Sync rates are as
follows:

30-95kHz
50-120Hz

I tried to setup it under X, in 1024x768 mode [its a 19"]. I get thise wierd
flicking on the top of the screen. I have no idea why? any ideas?
