Okay, I found imwheel to be already installed. Reading the README file I did
fine till I got to steps 2 and 3. Could someone clue me in a little here? Do
I need to be in a certain directory when I issue the command? Are they saying
the command is merely # make ? Or is it # make install ?
 Thanks in advance
This is steps 2 and 3

 2) make

3) make install
This will currently install to /usr/local/bin, so edit the Makefile to
   change this behavior.
Don't forget to choose whether you want imwheel to be setuid root. This is
required for any users who need to use imwheel and the pidfile stuff to track
   running imwheels.
