Hi! I had the same problem. It seems, that you installed lilo to NTFS partition. That is not possible (not yet anyway). Now you have to re-install Windows NT and choose: repair damaged installation (or something like that). That will repair WinNT boot. After that you can boot WinNT, but won't be able to boot to linux (unless you made linux boot floppy).
