Since I started this thread, I should report that VERSION on the CD
tells me I have indeed purchased 7.0-2 from Linux System Labs. They
charge $1.89... plus $15 for shipping. Hey, those CDs weigh a ton! <g>

Seriously, folks, that shipping got it to me in two days.
