[newbie] Lilo problem

I wonder if anyone could help me, I'm trying to install mandrake 6.1 on
a second hard
drive.  I get as far as creating a bootdisk, when I enter yes I get an
error
message, when I try to skip that it gets to LILO then the same thing
happens.   I
checked the install log and the only thing I see is insmod failed
repeated every
couple of lines.

Any ideas?
