[newbie] zip in dos help

Hello all;
I have a question involving a zip drive and dos. My friend tried linux and
came to the conclusion that he didn't like it. He used the dreaded fdisk and
erased his whole hard drive. He has windows but its on a zip disk and he
doesn't know how to install a zip in dos. I know this isn't a linux question
but i'd greatly appreciate some help.
