I performed a new install of MD 7.0-2 last night on my AMD K6-2 350 w/
ATI xpert@play, 5.1gb, 96mb.

I did an "Expert" install. It detected my nic and I correctly
configured @home. (cool!) But the DrakX (i think that is what the
install program is called) completely skipped over the "configure X"
portion of the install.

I did instruct the install to install all X-Windows programs.

Xconfigurator, xconf, startx, ... none of this works (yes I ran them as
root)

So now I have just regular text mode. I need to get X working.

What is the easiest way to do this? I want to use KDE. On a previous
install, x worked fine and installed all the great icons in KDE. The
only problem was my nic was not being detected, so I did a re-install.
Not the nic is fine, @home is fine, but X does not work.

Please help.

Thank you.
Roger
