At the dos prompt type "fdisk /mbr" w/o the quotes.  That should restore your
original boot sector so that you can log into windows.  If you've been using
lilo to boot both systems, now use your rescue floppy to boot into linux.  As
root check, and if necessary edit /etc/lilo.conf  Then run /sbin/lilo
You should then be able to dual boot (either system) via lilo.
