[newbie] need confirmation,quickly

[KompuKit]

I just bought a Viking 56k External Modem / windows version
model#RFM5SKEXT  V.90 k56 flex....it says it's 100%
compatible with win98/95/NT/3.11/DOS.....

will this modem work under linux?
