Lets see if I can remeber now.....

First try "rpm -Uvh netcape72blahblah.rpm" for both files.

If that doesn't work, try "rpm -Uvh --force netscape72blahblah.rpm" for both
files. 

  And if it still says it's having conflicts, then do "rpm -e
netscape-communicator" and "rpm -e netscape-common" to uninstall netscape, and
then "rpm -Uvh netscape72blahblah.rpm" on both new files to install the updated
versions. 

The problem is different versioning. netscape-communictor 7.0 depends on the 7.0
version of Netsape-common, while Netsacpe-common 7.0 needs the 7.0 version of
netscape-communicator. So when you try to update just one, it complains as
updating it would make the versions uncompatible.
