Well, it's not really done by a GUI, but it is manually. Anywho, as root type
this, "mkbootdisk --device /dev/floppy_device the_linux_version"
To find out what linux version, go to /lib/modules/, and see what directory is
there. Should be something like "2.2.13-7mdk" although yours might be higher.
And fd0 is usally your floppy. So for me to make a bootdisk I type:
"mkbootdisk --device /dev/fd0 2.2.13-7mdk"
