The modem I am using is a GVC external modem connected to the com2 port. I also have
a lan
connecting my computer to my brother's. This lan has been used to pass files, play
doom,
and to backup my system on to a CD. My computer has no CD writer. I have tried
hylafax, and
mgetty trying to get the fax to work. The fax software has been loaded and is
mgetty-1.1.21-4mdk..
