Well, I have played with NS6 for about half and hour now and I have toIt was said earlier long before the beta release of netscape that most web sites will not load correctly as most web sites are not setup using the web standards...
say, I fail to be suitably impressed. Most of the pages I visited
didn't download properly, the graphics don't load well and some of the
fonts are chunky as hell. Whatsmore, every tie you open a window that
has to load a new pane, it is slow and frustrating. The mail client
looks ok, except it won't let you view messages while others are
downloading. It can't be the PC because I run an Athlon 550 with
128MB RAM which is not slow by any strecth.
I will accede that it is a pre release copy but they still have a lot
of work to do for the final version. A lot of work.Wayne
it will take some time before all the web sites to be made using the web standards...
most sites that will not load right are those using the older web building
tools as most tools don't have the standards built into it yet...
