I've got an Epson 740 printer that I'm currently using on my parallel port and I would like to configure it to use the USB port as it supports both. I know there is kernel support in the latest kernel, I'm just not sure how to make the connections. Right now I'm using /dev/lp0 for my parallel port, however I don't see 'usb' under the /dev tree. What's my next step?
