Try setting your gateway to your linux box's ip - that might work. Or if you
have the gateway you isp assigns.
I have a static ip and what I did was this:
Linux Box:
eth0:
has my dsl settings - static ip assigned by isp
eth1:
static ip assigned by me :)
My gateway on my linux box is isp assigned, as is my dns entries.
I used the same dns entries on windows boxes, and my eth1 ip for gateway.
Works fine for me. :)
I'm having problems with samba tho. :/
