Yup. 

Log in as Root. cd  to /mnt.
mkdir a directory called c
umount DOS_hda1
mount /dev/hda1 c

and you can access /dev/hda1 through /mnt/c

Update your /etc/fstab by changing DOS_hda1 into c and it is all automatic
next time :)
