I have found some good documentation on setting up secure DNS. I am using
the stuff from
Ask Mr. DNS, Secure Installation of BIND, by Holt Sorensten (google it)
Dual chrooted BIND/DNS server, by Dave Lugo
(http://www.etherboy.com/dns/chrootdns.html)
and of course the Grasshopper book by Albitz & Liu (ORA)
Though this is a newbie list, setting up DNS securely is not newbie thing.
If you've never done it, I suggest a couple of weeks of reading first.
