Hi Edison,
I am in the same situation as you. LILO seems to refuse to
'die' even when I use fdisk /mbr :(. Now it boots up
with a 'LIL-' and hangs the system.....
I read somewhere on this mailing list that LILO is more used
for dual booting from same HD, not from different HDs. I'm
not sure whether this is the cause of the problem.
Let's hope we can find some solution soon.
