    But people ARE going to download Mandrake (or use free" discs from 
magazines, etc.) and if they have trouble they will summarily dismiss 
Mandrake as being "no good" when a retail package might have or be just what 
they need.  You have to make the new version slick enough to protect people 
from their own ignorance (i.e. from themselves).
