I'm not sure if the command was completely correct. While in root, I
typed: chown roman.roman /usr/X11R6/bin/Realplayer7

I then logged out of root and back to user. I found RealPlayer 7. 
Then, I went back in and edited the RealPlayer rp7.xpm icon file. Saved
it in /usr/shared/icons... And, voila and icon for my KDE panel.
