[newbie] Problems burning the 7.02

Morning folks,

A friend of mine with DSL service downloaded the 7.02 ISO image and was 
attempting to burn it and got the following error message.

"You do not have permission to open this file.  See the owner of the file or 
an administrator to obtain permission.

He is using Win98 and Easy CD Creator.

Any suggestions/ideas please let me know.
