Good Afternoon group!
this morning a PacBell technician came over and installed my dsl connection
for my windows system, however, they dont support linux but the tech told me
that linux could use my dsl connection also but i would have to configure it
myself.. surprisingly enough when i booted my machine this afternoon,
mandrake found the ethernet card(? i think) and asked me if i wanted to
configure it .. of course i said yes but now i dont know where to go from
here.. so far i have found out that i have a pppoe driver and use a program
called Enternet.. does anyone have anything like this or can help me get
some high speed bandwidth on my box.. id surely apreciate it .. thanks
