Dacia....once you're booted with the rescue system and mounted
your / directory you need to use the chroot (something like
'chroot /mnt/myroot' where /mnt/myroot is the temporary
mountpoint for your / directory) command to change the current
system to using your root directory as / (wherever you've
mounted it).  Then reinstall lilo with a /sbin/lilo command.
