I too use Windows for applications not supported
under Linux as yet. I didn't so much switch due
to a hate situation with Windows, I actually enjoy
Win98 as configured on my dual boot system.
I can go between Win98 and Linux Mandrake 7.0 in a
breeze. I love the variety and I love the challenge
of learning of new system and one that makes
better sense in most ways. But I don't think any
of us has a right or obligation to bash those who
use a particular OS. People's differences in using
OSs are as varied as the OSs themselves.
A little tolerance goes a long way. Most people
will agree that Linux is more reliable, but Windows
does has its place...and Linux isn't for everyone.
I have learned that no matter how easy
something can be for one person, there will always
be those who struggle...each according to their
gifts...which vary greatly...and change with experience.
