Either in /opt/Office51/ or in /opt/Office51/bin/ there should be a small
loader-file called so51, if I am not mistaken. That is what you use to
start the program.
You will have to create an icon yourself (rightclick
desktop->new->application) and enter the full path to the so51 (I think
that is it) file.
