"mkbootdisk" command. You need to type the kernel version

mkbootdisk, which you can find out from the "uname -a"
command. There
is more information available from the "man mkbootdisk"
command. I found
all this by typing "apropos boot" and reading the man pages
for the
programs that sounded like what I wanted. Apropos is real
useful for us
newcomers :). There may be an easier way but I didn't find
it.
