I have the same problem with the Mandrake 7.1 solved reinstalling the menuNo - I uninstalled it at once - I see no reason for such a 'tricky' program. I am not running Linux, only to be able to get free windows programs. I only tested the program to see, if it could do something else/better than the GIMP!
file maybe is the menu file that comes with the Corel Photo Paint in the dir

Another problem i encountered with Corel Photopaint is when i try to open a
new file cpt i cannot define the width and hight of the new project I asked
Corel but I did not get any reply til now has anybody encountered the same
problem?
