I also use Mutt on the Linux side, and it is the best for threading, by far.
On the Doz side, I use The Bat!, and it is extremely powerful. TB! will
export and import Linux mail files, for interchangability, and is very
powerful. You can even use some regex if you want. The beauty of Linux is
that most mailers will read the mail, even (X)Emacs. Another Doz mailer
that will read and write Linux mail is Pegasus Mail. I also use Linux TKRat
for when I want an X inerface. The Bat! or Pegasus on the M$ side will
allow you to import or export UNIX/Linux mail, so you can have the best of
both worlds.
