Hi!

I have Mandrake 7.02 Air

I followed the instructions in
http://www.mandrakeuser.org/connect/ctrans.html
to setup a local telnet and ftp, to exchange data from Linux PC to Windows
PC.

They said: software... an FTP-server (BeroFTPD).
I did not find this file (BeroFTPD) installed or in a package in Mandrake
CD.
I made a search in internet with altavista and find an rpm called wu-ftpd.
I have already wu-ftpd installed (from Mandrake CD) but file BeroFTPD is not
installed.

Is there any file thet replaces BeroFTPD file?
I understand that I need to add the line, in /etc/inetd.conf with the ftp
server:
ftp strem tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/tcpd /usr/sbin/file ?

What do we expect when make ftp with "localhost"? Should I browse may own
hard disk?

Thanks in advance for your help

Pedro
