Dacia....well since you ask.  I normally wouldn't comment on
this problem because I don't have that soundcard and have
never experienced that error message.  

I would suspect a IRQ conflict (or possibly an I/O port or DMA
channel conflict).  I would remove all other cards and see if
the soundcard would install (hopefullly automatically by
kudzu) then.  If so then I'd add the other cards back one at a
time and let kudzu find them and install them.  By recording
the IRQ, IOport address and DMA used as each is installed you
can se when the conflict first occurs.
