Hi Kelly

You can do all of this with help from
a program called samba
the main config file is /etc/samba.conf
read the man page or start up a web browser and use
SWAT Samba Web Administration Tool "your-ip:901"
to use swat you need edit /etc/inetd.conf and add in the end
swat stream tcp nowait.400 root /usr/sbin/swat swat
and also check /etc/services for this line
swat 901/tcp # Samba Web Administration Too

hop this help you
