[newbie] 7.1 and 7.0 Powerpack CDs

I purchased the Mandrake 7.0 Powerpack and the 7.1  first 2 distribution
CDs.  Is there a difference in the remaining 4 CDs between 7.0 and 7.1?  Are
they downloadable somewhere?
