I have almost the identical setup.  I have NT, DOS and WARP 4  installed and
then installed Mandrake 7.1.  All 4 work fine.  I do not use system
commander but Powerquest's Boot Magic to switch between them.  I tried
TurboLinux 6 before Mandrake and Mandrake is by far the easiest install.  I
suspect it has to do with where you ask the install to put your lilo.  Do
not put it in the MBR (which I think is the default).  Put it in your /
partition and I think that will work.
