yes, if you grab the Netscape tarball you would untar the contents into
a temporary directory and run the install script by issuing the command
./ns-install from inside that directory.

on the other hand you can get the RPM files from http://rpmfind.net and
use kpackage logged in as root and install Netscape 4.75 that way. After
of course uninstalling the present Netscape rpm's.
