[newbie] changing time

How do you change the time in mandrake 7.0?And has anyone ever found a
easy to use GUi based cd burning program for mandrake?I would like to
find 1 that will let me turn a 600+ meg iso image into a bootable
disk,not to interested in mp3's and such.
