Okay, some examples (also from man rxvt):

When I run PINE: rxvt -geometry 80x34 -cr blue -e pine
Gives me 80 columns/34 rows of term with a blue cursor. And pine of
 course.

rxvt -bg red -fg white gives me a 80x24 term with red background and white
letter.

rxvt -pixmap /home/paul/src/xfce/xfce-3.4.4/icons/Camera.xpm gives me a
term with Camera.xpm as background (makes horrible reading, but okay...)

Other things you can set:
-cr <something> is cursor color
-pr <something> is mouse cursor color (changes mouse cursor when over that
term)

-bd ... bordercolor
-fn ... fontname
-fb ... fontname BOLD

Well, you may get the picture by now. See man rxvt and play around to your
hearts content.

Paul
