[newbie] linux4win.boot faster.

Hello ! my system consist of :
cpu-233 CyrixInstead
6x86mx -44.0 mb.ram
13.gigs hard drive 
YMF724 G50 pci soundcard
and-Integrated display adapt SiS-5597.
My question is why linux4win (7 )it takes so much time to boot up, even
after I login it takes so long
to open the desktop.tell me please if I did something wrong. I' had try
different partitions amount -700MB
800MB and 1000 but still does it even when execute a program ,eg.
netscape..
