There are a good many free isp's to use at your disposal. I take it you dialin
to the internet so your options are much much broader. I am from Chicago,
myself, and I conncet through linux. you can go to juno.com, xoom.com, and
freewwweb.com which is now part of juno.com. These two should be more than
