Maybe it is in some backwards former Colonies  <VBG>, but certainly not
everywhere; I just received the source of DeCSS printed in a Brazilian
magazine.

So what ! Thank God US law does not yet rule the whole world 
(although at times it sees to want to do so   ;-(
