Kpackage should be a rpm on your installation disks you should be able to install it right from the CDs I'm not sure which one it is on, but I suspect it would be found on the second installation CD, just a guess, look on both. If you have RPMDrake installed then the installation of any rpm is mostly a breeze, barring dependencies getting involved.
