Does anyone have any ideas? > > Mark Mark Recent printers are a pain!!! Look in your printers' manual - somewhere you should find a reference to earlier HP Deskjets which it is similar to. As a last resort - you can use the lowest common denominator which in your case will be HP Deskjet - the caveat here is that it will only print in black (or dark green if you have a colour cartridge) Take a look at HP's site they may well have a fix there too.
