Hi Mike,

Do you still have the boot floppy? After installing Windows, use the
boot floppy to start up Linux.
Log in as root, and click on Drakconf and then Drakboot. Click on the
configure Lilo/Grub button.

The boot loader options should look like: /dev/hda
If doesn't look like it, click on the dropdown menu and choose: /dev/hda

Click on the OK button. At the command line, type in:
/sbin <press enter>

Then:
Type in: lilo

Logout, and select Shutdown and Reboot your computer without the floppy.
You should see Grub prompt again.
