[newbie] Calling an ICEwm expert

I getting to like this interface more and more...now I
want to make some changes..

In particular to the terminal/console (what do we call it?)

currently it appears to 'rxvt' - I would like to change
to the one used in stock KDE - konsole???

How do I do this.. I can't find any docs
