Any suggestions as for what graphic card and monitor should I > choose? > > Jose Jose, you might try the ATI Rage IIC graphics card, it works out of the box on both 7.1 and 7.0 you should have something in the manual for your computer monitor that shows the ranges of horizontal and vertical sync for a given resolution. Pick a resolution and the syncs to go with it at least one step down from where you are at and see how that works by oking the test settings. -- Dennis M. a registered Linux User #180842
