[newbie] starting apps when system boots

I am running Hawkeye on my mandrake 7.0 server.
When I startup my server everything starts
automatically except Hawkeye. When I go to a
terminal window and type hawkeye it starts right
away and everything works fine.

How do I tell the system to start hawkeye when it
boots?
