Just to let you know, you're asking quite a bit of us, because samba can be
really involved--it can be very difficult to configure if you haven't done it
before.  That said, once you've done it one time, the next time will be easier.
 Now, I suspect from what you've written that its just an access permissions
problem, and probably its in your smb.conf.

Its the best site I've found for actually TESTING what's wrong with your samba
server, and its one of the few that offers clear instructions about how to
correct most of those problems.   If the site has a failing, its in the lack of
discussion about nfs.
