That card is running in PNP mode.  The only thing I can tell
you to do is the following to see if it works.

Type this at the console:

pnpdump

Your soundcard should show up on there: Then do this:

pnpdump > /etc/isapnp.conf

then,

isapnp /etc/isapnp.conf

REBOOT and see if it works.

Have you disabled PNP is your BIOS?  Is there a way you could
disable PNP on the soundcard?

YES! THAT'S IT! I can hear the man talking and then the midi
sample (freq up
then freq down) but when I exit he says: "Invalid midi port 0x0"

dont i need to change the attributes of some file to be write
enable or
something like that? I dont know what to do! :\\
