Well, you want webmin on and Apache off.  And use webmin to reconfigure
your apache a bit...  It should not be accepting connections on 10000. 
Unless Neytscape 6 is just reloading the page in cache and not telling
you....  I have been underwhelmed with N6 and went back to 4.75 for
those few sites where Konqueror won't handle the Java Applets.
